The "eat the rich" slogan is attributed to philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau

Holy shit, how did I not know this lmao

Looks like I've got some more reading to do

I mean - if you have an opinion section on a news platform now is the time to fucking use it, end up lying in chalk with WaPo and La Times anyway.

I've never thought of eating the rich. Prion disease is not something I'd risk to get.

Now tho, making them become food so something else can eat them...

Save the planet, plant a tree in their corpse. Trees love bodies.

I apologize for the MSN link, but I couldn't find it elsewhere and felt it is too good not to share.

MSNBC has been on one lately - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEYQgq1VfXU (How Trump and Musk’s agenda is shaping up to be full-on class warfare)

I’m suspicious at best - what better way to control the narrative than to shape it before anything even starts. After watching Fox News shape the Tea Party in 2007, and the handful of times I’ve already seen this referred to as the d*mocrats version of the tea party, I’m ready for my tinfoil hat.

Oh fosho, I'm just floored that they'd even have a title or headline like that, they never come close to acknowledging class divide let alone wealth inequality, and they said class warfare. 🤯
