I’m just hoping that Netflix doesn’t get involved, or at least that Netflix doesn’t bork it like they did the live-action Witcher adaptation.

I could easily be wrong, but I remember some people involved in that series pretty much disregarding the source material entirely. Please correct me if that’s not what happened.

More animes! I'm not really an anime person but I loved the cyberpunk anime.

They seriously knocked it out of the park, would love to get another season - preferably following a different storyline in the same universe.

I doubt another one can be that good. I especially hope they don't do a sequel and ruin the first one

They should make a second game first that delivers all that the first one couldn’t deliver before they try to make it a franchise. Ffs

What CDPR is amazing at is creating believable, immersive worlds. Cyberpunk as it stands today is exactly that. Edgerunners proved that they can definitely expand on the lore of the world while shifting the way in which the audience interacts with it.

If you dislike the game or are still bitter about the features mentioned/promised that still aren’t in the game that’s your choice, but there is still plenty to love and I honestly would not complain about a completely different genre of game set in this same world if CDPR is behind it.
