Because as the quote says, it's not him doing it. It's the character he's playing doing it.

Which is an important distinction, and answers a question that probably wasn't serious to begin with

The Yuri Wong song built off the sample of the quote.

If you listen later and enjoy it, he also uploads a video of making each song. It's pretty cool shit.
