Why delete the pkst? Someone could've had the same problem as you and would've found the solution in this post. Now he needs to go through all the hoops you went through to find the answer...

Please don’t delete questions once they are resolved. It could be super helpful to anyone having a similar problem in the future.

It does not sound like you understand DNS very well. I recommend getting a better handle on it.

Also, maybe reformat your question into something simpler.

I did resolve the DNS issue I was having, but wording and post did not fit to original reason for post.
