It's not a bad start, necessarily, it's just extremely misleading to say it has anything to do with RARBG. In its current form this is a crappy, less usable reskin of 1337x.to that just somewhat visually resembles RARBG. It doesn't look like you've even bothered to add any of the archived RARBG magnet links to your database.

Most will probably fail or suck, but as long as one good one comes out of it we'll have at least broken even.

Heh. I wonder if a federated model would work for torrent sites, too.

isn't this a fork of NQ-RARBG that was posted here earlier ? so which one is actually better ?

Not a matter of design or rarbg name, but the content of rarbg, especially rarbg movie and tv release is very good with small size but still have good quality and updates every day. Do these clones have the same quality of content as rarbg as they used to have??
