For those that have had enough of the Elon Musk worship online.
No flaming, baiting, etc. This community is intended for those opposed to the influx of Elon Musk-related advertising online. Coming here to defend Musk or his companies will not get you banned, but it likely will result in downvotes. Please use the reporting feature if you see a rule violation.

It barely even registered. That's why it's a CNBC article and not even MSNBC.
No one seems to care that he's a huge bigot.
He has money. That makes him able to do anything he likes in the eyes of many. Even many self-identified "leftists".

As a French whose father was enrolled at 18 in the terrible Algerian War (FYI he did 5 weeks of jail for refusing to shoot civilians), I can testify that we French people have not been genocide in the process of Algerian decolonization.
