Which one to learn to get a job in 2024?

Likely Golang. I've seen many more positions open for Golang than Elixir. Likely due to how easy it is to ramp up a solid dev who knows another language.

Personally, I think I like Elixir more, but Golang is more prevalent at this point in time.
