I have a close trans friend as well as a co-worker and I would say just do whatever you were doing before, but this time trans. Sure, you'll have to have "the talk" with your friends to ensure they're cool, but being trans doesn't change your personality or interests. You're still the same person at your core, you're just living your truer self. So if you liked playing d&d before, keep doing that. If you like gaming, keep gaming.

During the darker times (2017, when I got spammed anti sjw content on YouTube) I used to think that being trans was wrong etc. it was the trans people close to me that me realize that their personal preferences do not effect me in the slightest and that in the end we’re all people. If the people who knew you before you became trans cannot come to respect it, then perhaps those people shall not be in your life. This is a tough pill to swallow because this means that you will potentially alienate yourself from your friend circle, but being the group’s joke can be damaging to your self esteem and far worse than not having friends at all. If they’re not shit people, they will accept you for who you are, some may need some time to process or they will potentially still call you by the wrong pronouns from time to time (I’m so guilty of this, because decades of habit die hard but I really try).

Train hard, fight easy.

Have you considered speedrunning?

Jokes aside, my girlfriend is trans and we stay indoors if her dysphoria hits. Video games, board games, trading card games like Magic or Pokémon, and movies.

Your friends may be hesitant at first and that’s normal as you begin your transition and present as your true self. Try not to hold it against them.

Best of luck and lots of love.
