I don't know what browser that is, but if you use Opera or Opera Gx with the uBlock Origin addon then you could be able to go to the settings page for the addon with the three gears button and then Purge All Caches followed by an Update Now, it should work again.

I get this, I clear my cookies, it goes away for awhile. I wonder if I can just find the specific cookie and remove it frequently this whould just stop.
