For me, it's definitely Pricefield from Life is strange. They would form a really cute couple and i was frustrated to not seeing it in the game.

"Ship" is polysemic an is also a synonym of "boat", i wanted to avoid some puns.

I'm joking with the above. Serious now: Dr. Stone, Kohaku x Senku make a really cute brawls vs. brains pair, I love seeing them interact. Like:

  • [Senku] WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS
  • [Kohaku] *punches something swiftly* Aaand it's done.

It's a bit of a silly ship, but for Helck: Helck x Vermilio.

There's also Roy x Riza from FMA, but I don't think that it counts, it's practically canon.

I don't really have proper ships in that regard that the only games where I began shipping were animu ones, where an official couple doesn't exist in a canon sense.

Shuichi x Kaede. For the ship fandom this is considered as the "official" couple, but if you played you know why this is the favorite. Clair de Lune....
