and it changed my mind completely

Changed your mind in which direction?
Guilty
Yeah, also when she refused to bring her kids to the hospital after the staff were urging her to do so, when they thought the kids had eaten leftovers. (Due to her claiming so). Her excuse was ‘no I don’t want to upset them from school’. It meant she 100% knew she hadn’t fed any to the kids. Because what normal person wouldn’t be terrified their kids might have eaten some, and are about to suffer a horrific death? No. She knew what she did, and hadn’t served any to herself or the kids.
YL is watching Chicago Med on the telly. Someone is getting their innards massaged by a surgeon. Time for me to do some housework.
I love how Temu tries to trick you into taking a credit on your account instead of getting a refund to your card. They tell you it will take days to repay to the card, but it actually goes through instantly. Plus they put in an extra pop up to try to get you to change it without realising that clicking on "get refund instantly" means getting an account credit instead of an actual refund.
Oh well, I know their tricks and have the refund in my account and gave a bad review to the dodgy embroidery kit I was sent. I was actually a bit surprised that only one of them was actually dodgy, and because I didn't have to return the kit I'll be able to use the cotton on the stitch book I got that didn't come with any, so that works out ok.
I am back from the local museum. Photos were not allowed.
It was terrifying. This whole area of colonised NZ was founded by a psychopathic cult leader who made his own rules and basically governed like a psychopath. Looking at the photos, after 3 generations the population starts to share too many facial characteristics. And I learnt a new definition of frolic. ( it means having to smile while you work )
Other than that there were some beautiful artifacts that settlers brought over. Tools an personal items. Very lovely. It made me question what I would bring to a new world.
I just watched Heretic

I thought once you got your vein ripped out you'd die instantly and not hang on for half an hour so you can club a cunt with a 2 by 4 with nails sticking out.

Such wasted potential. Hugh Grant as a psychotic killer is genius casting and like most horror movies just falls apart in the third act.
Yeah it was gripping up until the end and then it was like "huh".
