I think Anya Taylor Joy looks a lot more 'normal' in brown hair and with a bit of tan, than when she looks like a blonde porcelain doll.

This looks like AI generated CGI.

I think I'd have preferred an anime Mad Max.

Huh. I didn’t pick up on that. Any scene in particular?

All of it. The first movie had great practical effects. This looks like they typed a prompt in an AI chat not asking it to make Australia with HDR.

It's Furi-O-sa, not Furi-o-SA!

While Mad Max Fury Road was brilliant, with practical effects and stunts that beat the band, this, which I was very much looking foward to looks like just so much more superhero CGI bullshit, and I am dissapoint

Looks like a Marvel movie with better prop design

Oh man, so good to see that Fury Road look again!

Also, are they happily making a Thor joke there with Hemsworth’s red cape?

I hope it's not a reference. The "marvelization" of cinema is becoming a bit tedious with all the cross universe references and nods. It's so ubiquitous that it's distracting at this point. I just want to enjoy a good story. 🙂

So we’re straight up milking EVERYTHING now huh?
