While this is more a study for potential NHI interaction than UAP itself, it seemed like a good highlight of the scope of research on the phenomenon. I'm also always fascinated with the psychological and anthropological side of the phenomenon.

Many people are saying (sorry!) that ai will be how we talk to nhi. Ai researchers have been developing real time human language translation for years.

Being able to communicate with another sentient species on Earth would be a massive breakthrough and make it much for likely we could talk to the ai probes of an extraterrestrial civilization.

We know animals have specific references. I've had a few dogs who could find people in the household by name. They all knew the word treat. And they easily can tell us when they have to go out or are hungry or upset.

But to be able to precisely translate with an ai Rosetta Stone in real time is completely next level.

Yeah, I could definitely see an AI tool being useful. Though, I'd imagine it'd need a variety of types of communication in it's data sets. It'd be great to see a tool trained off of a variety of animal languages such as whales, bees, primates, etc. Then it'd need to be able to learn things like body language and cultural gestures which also serve as a form of language. The variety of communication out there is astounding.

And, I think communication between people and dogs is a great example. In addition to words, there is a lot of non-verbal communication between us and our pets. I know my dogs will pick up on me getting ready to walk them. Even if I'm not actively telling them it's time for a walk, getting their leashes conveys that to them. And, I'm sure a lot of people can pick up on their dog's demeanor by the wag of their tails or how their posture.

All of this could potentially be picked up and analyzed by AI. Though, I'd hope experts would review and serve as a buffer for outputs back to any NHI. I could only imagine the AI snafus that could occur otherwise.

ChatGPT "alien editon" saying the wrong person was the US President comes to mind. :)
