And do what exactly? Call the cops on the guy stealing $27.39 of food? They'll tell the guy he's not allowed back in anymore and he gon keep coming right back

Do Chipotle just have a shelf out where customers can grab it? Most places I've been keep the mobile orders behind the counter until they confirm the order by looking at your phone.

Depends on how good the area around the store is. Some stores keep their shelf behind the counter for this reason
