Help Me Find the Perfect Email App for Me

I am using an IMAP email.

I am currently using Outlook on PC, and the rules setting on Outlook is an important part of my routine.

I was wondering if there's an email app that I can seamlessly use both on Android and PC.

Thunderbird on PC and K9 on Android. K9 is now a part of Thunderbird and will eventually be rebranded to Thunderbird.
