WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP HAVING SO MUCH WASTE. I want to do the best I can to recycle. My apartment complex does not have a recycling bin, I reuse plastic bags, and im starting to transition to using tot (kbin.social)

I also have two cats so im looking for options for that as well. Thank you.
