Sesuai judul aja, do you think it would be wise to start a business with family members, especially the cousins we're talking here?
Baru kepikiran aja sebenarnya, mau minta pendapat dulu jadinya, gimana baiknya klo mau buka usaha sama sepupu. A lil and brief background of us.
Me = freelancer (semi-unemployed), udah hampir 4 tahun kesana kemari cari kerja, apply sana sini lowongan ini itu, hasilnya nihil. But I'm blessed with some money from my paternal uncle, let's say I have around 30mil for me to use. Makanya kepikiran mau coba usaha aja.
Cousin A = senior auditor di salah satu KAP ya agak ternama, bokapnya "middle man" ayam potong tapi lagi kelilit hutang, so he's trying to help his father to resolve this matter and help him back up on his feet.
Cousin B = lulusan UPH, manajemen perhotelan, ada basic chef, struggling juga cari kerja tapi lagi nyambi jadi barista.
Klo semisal jadi dan OK, ya ane kepikiran buka FnB karena ada cousin B dengan basicnya di kitchen dan hospitality, finance bakal di handle cousin A dan ambil ayam potong dari bokapnya karena ya supplier paling dekat jadi bisa teken harga, ane selain jadi major shareholder ya jadi frontman juga, handle kasir, purchase, socmed marketing etc (you know what I'm talkin about).
what do you guys think? atau ada saran dan masukan lainnya? I'm all ears. Thanks!
