They vacuum ONE ROOM per year. It's nearly a decade for the full house!

Your house has more than 5 rooms?

Places separated by walls, what else?

[–] QuinceDaPence@kbin.social 3 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago) (1 children)

K, then I got 7 since that means bathrooms and closets count

[–] crony@lemmy.cronyakatsuki.xyz 1 points 9 months ago (1 children)

You don't count them by default?

[–] QuinceDaPence@kbin.social 1 points 9 months ago (1 children)

You were surprised by 5 but even my 800sqft house has more

[–] crony@lemmy.cronyakatsuki.xyz 1 points 9 months ago

My house literally has 2 bedrooms, kitchen/living room , bathroom and a pantry.

4 of us live in it.

I imagine it would be somewhat like coming to on the elevator in Severance. The vacuum would be your innie experience with zero concept of the world outside.

[–] roawre@feddit.ch 10 points 10 months ago

Yeah right ? It vacuum , then blackout, then vacuum again indefinitely. Time is irrelevant

[–] jubilationtcornpone@sh.itjust.works 18 points 10 months ago

You're already halfway to the plot of "The Brave Little Toaster."

[–] someguy3@lemmy.world 11 points 10 months ago (2 children)

If you hate vacuuming get a Roomba. Lifesaver.

[–] chaogomu@kbin.social 9 points 10 months ago

A lifesaver until the Roomba becomes sentient. Then it's robot ankle apocalypse.

[–] palordrolap@kbin.social 5 points 9 months ago

I am a borderline hoarder. I don't think a robot vacuum cleaner is going to cut it.

[–] Poggervania@kbin.social 9 points 10 months ago

Now imagine how horrifying this sketch would be if vacuums were sentient

seems more like one of the rooms each year

[–] key@lemmy.keychat.org 4 points 10 months ago

Yet another problem solved by batteries! That way they're asleep for the violent part.

[–] bionicjoey@lemmy.ca 4 points 10 months ago

This feels like an interdimensional Peanuts cartoon
