Original Title: WITT: Plastic cylinder that looks like a huge collapsible cup (~14" in diameter, ~20"+ in height), but with lots of holes in the wall and rotating locking mechanism. Saw it at a flea market, seller didn't know what it was, didn't take picture :-( Had straps on "lids", looked quite new.
