am new to Lemmy and it seem that I browse Lemmy on FMHY community, just to make sure that I don't missed anything

If you want to not miss anything, switch from Subscribed to All. Also, check if your instance blocks any others by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking Instances.

so if my instance block other instance how can I see that other instance?

To add to what @goat@burggit.moe said, blocking instances isn't necessarily a bad thing. The trick is to be on a server with a blocklist you agree with. If/when there's some kinda extremist alt-right instance focusing on finding and harassing people of specific ethnicities, for example, I'd be very disappointed if my instance didn't block it.

Suppose. I got banned from beehaw, no clue why, didn't break any rules.

You don't. You will never be able to see their content or reply to their content. They may have already replied to you though.

It's why I prefer burrgit, no blocked instances here.

You should actually install Jerboa mobile client if you are on a phone, it's just so much better than the web interface. But on a laptop, the web interface is pretty good.

I disagree. The mobile web client works fine for me, Jerboa seems clunky and unloved.
