CAT 9 isn't reliable. There's a hard limit at 9, no one really knows why. It's best to stay below that limit to have a safety margin.
Its a subtle joke that cats have 9 lives, still thanks for the protip i've stayed away from cat 7-9 myself.

Looks to me like some of the boys at Fermilab came up with an experiment to keep Schrodinger's cat inside the box but visible the whole time.
