Looks like its about to get stitched over anyway so no harm no foul!

Those look like infuriatingly tiny stitches. But the watercolour effect is lovely.

It means 18 stitches to an inch, basically. 14 is the standard beginners tend to start on, so smaller stitches in this case!

There you go, you're learning about cross stitch whether you wanted to or not ๐Ÿ˜‰
