Ah the classic war crimes the game. Especially with mods that add ... "Extra" war crimes.
I keep saying that I'll finish a vanilla playthrough before getting into mods.
But they keep adding expansive and amazing DLC, so I keep doing more vanilla playthroughs.
I can say that even with official content, it's still a very expansive war crimes simulator.
Honestly, it’s worth looking into a few quality of life mods. The base game is great, but there are mods that allow you to automate a lot of the smaller frustrations so you don’t get so bogged down in micromanagement. Like why the hell did you just drop that food in the middle of the doorway so now the freezer’s automatic door is stuck open and all the food inside is rotting.
I will admit to asking that exact question.
What mod helps there?
Love Rimworld, have 800+ hours in it.
I love that your goals are your own and you can play how you like.
I've seen more vilages and town rise and fall than I care to mention, many due to my own foolishness XD
I want to play rimworld but one of my mods is crashing the game and figuring out which one has been a pain

I am using RimPy and still struggling. at this point I'm gasslighting myself to think it's like a driver issue or something
I feel your pain, and hoped my simple solution was a fix. Doh.
fair, thankfully I had a friend introduce me to the wonder that is RimPy a while back. worked like a charm in every other case besides now but this is like a special problem
