TIL two games I'm waiting for (Core Decay, Phantom Fury) are under a Saber subsidiary (Slipgate Ironworks), and Saber is based ~~in Russia~~ in the US.

Saber is based in Russia.

Saber is US based. Slipgate Ironworks is Danish.

I was under the impression they were based in Russia because of this sentence in the article

As part of this divestment, Embracer Group will cease all operations in Russia

There may be some Russian employees. The founders were using Russian artists at least in the early days per Wikipedia (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saber_Interactive).
