So from now on instead of having governments stalling public works projects by saying "that will cost 115 billion dollars" they should be required to say that will cost 1.15 bezos.

Why would you name it after that asshole? I mean, every billionaire is an asshole, but Rockefeller or Ford would at least have been (arguably) first.

They weren't first to 100 billion though, which is the unit which is being proposed here. It looks like Gates was actually first to this reach this level, and so I would argue that 10^11 dollars should be called a "Gates". 10^9 dollars could be a "Rockefeller". Who was first to 10^(10)?
