PlanetNet agrees as well, 52% match for Prunus persica (L.) Batsch, a peach tree in the genus Rosaceae, based on the leaves of that one pic

Stone fruit. Could be peach or plum or nectarines etc. Wait until it blooms and examine the flowers.
