Nice to see this still alive. It's one of the better parts of being in a smaller community. People might not see the merit, but the few that participate or notice get to be a part of something.

edit: the important part of stage 2 was the "is not a meme" after originally something about screenshots, customised to your app. Sometimes it was about something else, but always ended in "is not a meme"
