As a borderlands fan I see this as a W

Although they keep publishing rights to the Remnant franchise witch I also love :(

As long as T2 ensures Randy Pitchford doesn't take 10 mins out of the Borderlands 4 announcement conference to show us another fucking card trick, I'll be happy.

Yes I'm still a bit salty about that lol.

Most of the people who made gearbox so great back in the day have left, so I'm not holding my breath

lmao how could you see this as a win? It's fucking take-two, they are just gonna enshitify it and make it into a crappy live service nostalgia cash grab.

If anything this just makes me worried about Homeworld 3

What are you taking about?

Take Two has always owned and published the borderlands IP. Gearbox only developed it, they never owned the rights to it.

Unpopular opinion: GTA 5 and Online are impressive af and the hate has nothing to do with the actual state of the game.

I hope Embracer keeps the Borderlands 3 writers. Nothing of value would be lost.
