I think it's charming.
When it comes to light novels, visual novels, manga, etcetera, I want the British to do more translating in a very exaggerated British way. Especially with anime because I would LOVE another situation like the Urusei Yatsura UK dub.
I dunno, I wish more Japanese media was voice acted like Dragon Quest.
JRPGS are always better when they use British and European voice actors for the dub. FFXII was the first great example of this. That world felt so much more believable with all the English and Spanish dialects for different parts of the world.
In RE4 the villagers speak in South American Spanish even though the game takes place in Spain. These Japanese game companies always do their localization in the US hence why the voice overs almost always have American accents.
The Last Story and I think also the Xenoblade series have a British voice cast.
Bri'ish catgirls (and Eunie) are the best part of Xenoblade Chronicles.
