MODERATORS
to be fair Tanks dont help with maintaining power infrastrucutre. Proper regulatory frameworks and good institutions with minimal corruption do.
But people that sit in tanks or manage them help maintaining power infrastructures. Also note that time, effort and ressources of all kind put into tanks and their management, also help maintaining power infrastructures.
Especially if it's one of the Caucasus republics, they are the first to be volunteered into action though.
