MODERATORS

Recently decided to try out @bookwyrm as a GoodReads replacement. It's refreshingly modern, with an effective import tool to bring my library over.

I don't have much of a network there, but then I didn't really use the GoodReads social features. My user over there is @YouNaughtyMonsters (thanks Iain M Banks!)

Feels good to be using a @fediverse platform!

Hi there! The links in your response are not clickable for Lemmy users, here are the clickable versions: !fediverse@lemmy.world

@lebigz @CommunityLinkFixer This account isn't a group, it's just a regular Mastodon account

Oh I see, oops. Sorry for tagging you then. I also just realised that bookwyrm is a different thing from Lemmy, but just on the fediverse as well, so my link does not make sense in any way

@bookwyrm @YouNaughtyMonsters @fediverse Had not idea this would also post to Lemmy just by tagging their Fediverse community!

Interesting, which instance are you part of?

[–] spicemouse@mastodon.scot 4 points 1 year ago

@Blaze When I couldn't find a dedicated SF instance I went for the main bookwyrm.socal instance.
