Not particularly? Does it look fuzzy up close? It seems too evenly distrubuted, like it's an even colouration of the wood.

Thats what i was thinking too. Just worried because we have to get grading around our house done, so after very heavy heavy rains, some water will go into basement

Wipe it with a paper towel, if is comes of it's probably mold.

Nothing there really looks like mold. Maybe check for water damage.

It doesn't to me but I'm certainly not an expert. Does it have a smell or the wood feel kinda slimy? Probably worth spraying it with Microban any either way.
