I'd like to mention that plant-based foods doesn't mean buying beyond burgers or shit like that. that crap is horrible for you. plant-based is making meals that incorporate actual veggies. It's a big Corpo tatic they are using with these "plant-based" snack/meant alternatives and just stuffing them with horrible stuff still, making them no different than eating meat.

For me, it's canada, and the liberal and conservative party. As it stands, the cons will win a majority goverment if there was an election called today, as there is alot of distaste for justin trudeau. The thing i'm most afraid of is bringing ethno-christian values into the country as legal laws, and cutting programs that benefit canadians, like the cons have done in the past.
my health has gone to shit after COVID.
im trying to find the link between covid and IIH. all of a sudden i have been dealing with IIH symptoms and had a month long hospital visit getting multiple MRIs to find increased CSF pressure in my head.
Pretty sure i either had covid or pneumonia for like a week. I was super sick.
I mean aside from LSD being introduced by the CIA into the public, everything else the government tries to blame someone else.
