Generally not a huge pop fan but I'm a big fan of Carly Rae Jepsen. Emotion is one of the best pop albums of the last 30 years, however I've liked her last two albums progressively less and less, which was a worrying trend.

However her new album out this Friday is FANTASTIC. It has her most forward thinking and experimental production she's ever had, and every song is growing on me a ton. It's definitely her best since Emotion and I'm a huge fan of it. I think I'm at 4 listens now and I'm trying to hold off until Friday when it officially releases to listen again.

I'm so excited to see how the Big 12 shakes out. Does TTU have the horses to make the championship? Will Texas ever live up to expectations? Which new team will surprise the conference and finish in the top half?

Ben Hur is an obvious choice? Why has nobody said this one? It's one of the most famous movies of all time and overtly religious.

I'd recommend checking out Justin Guitar. He'll teach you a really solid fundamentals. The absolute gold standard for learning guitar on the internet.

But to answer your question, you're going to want to learn how to do power chords, and barre chords. Barre chords are going to be a bitch, but it's worth it. It's a huuuuge plateau for new guitarists to get over.

Frodo deserves his praise at the ceremony, however there is some validity to this.

He claimed the ring, and Middle Earth is forever ruined for him. They go back to the Shire, kick ass, kill a bunch of bandits, and purge Saruman from their home, and save everyone. But Frodo literally can't even enjoy it. Middle Earth is forever ruined for him, and he literally has to leave the content and metaphorically pass on to the next world in order to achieve any semblance of peace. His soul is thoroughly shredded from the ring.

Anybody that says LOTR has a cliche ending where the good guys win is a moron.
