I, a citizen and one of her voters, do not want a Europe in which we concede a sovereign nation, the Ukraine, to a totalitarian dictator. Putin will not stop at the Ukraine. Now, I'm the first one to prefer a diplomatic solution. Problem is: There is no diplomatic solution. Everything diplomatic would mean giving in to Putin and giving up at least part of the Ukraine.
So, yes. Some of her voters may be unhappy. Not all of her voters though. And democracy is when we decide at the next ballot if we agree or not. I have a lot of qualms with the current government. Ukraine is not one of them.
