They are Yellow, YRC, Holland, and Reddaway depending on what region you're in. And there's plenty of overlap.

I was using Digg and Reddit both at the height of Digg. I had already mostly moved over to Reddit at the time of the migration but still was on Digg some. But I was among those that abandoned Digg then.

Basically, suspicion that the data was interfered with between the collection from the sensors and its posting, most likely by Russia or Ukraine. Interesting article, I remember all the talk about the radiation around Chernobyl when this first happened. Makes sense that Ukraine would be trying to spread this information like this. There will be a lot of stories that come out in the coming decades about what all was really happening in this conflict.

There's a new docsis version right around the corner that will provide symmetric speeds. Comcast is starting to roll it out this year. Cable will be a lot faster in a couple years.
