But will they care if the account continues buying games? Is it easier to let it slide, or force someone to make a new account, there by pissing them off?

I decided to try out the new version about a year ago. I had a monthly charge of about $26 I think it was. After about 3-4 months and not really using it, I cancelled a few days before it would renew for another month. $50 early cancellation fee? Wtf do you need to cancel a few mins before or it's early cancellation? Adobe fucking sucks ass.

That's right. That's exactly what this guy did. Just "protecting his family"

Some of those prisoners were not militants, just random civilians. Turned in by thier neighbors for a quick buck, is what happened.

Go to Settings > System > Notifications. Turn off the last three check boxes. This screen won't come back.

TBF, it was Fox News. They don't have journalists.

Could be a dead CMOS battery, but if the computer had a case switch more likely it was a security feature that lets you know the case was opened. On Acer computers you would have to press F1 to continue the boot, or Del key to enter the BIOS and have the chance to change the setting. Incidentally the setting is usually under the Security tab> Open Chassis. You can reset the notification or turn it off.

I run into this situation on office computers all the time, because no one knows how to turn it off or reset it.

It was a tape then CD subscription. Except you initially got 10 or 15 albums for a penny or a dollar, I can't remember. But then you had to buy so many CDs over the next year or something. And the prices were stupid.

When I sub to a community, I don't see all the posts if I'm logged in to my instance. If I go directly to url of the community I can see all the posts.

Is this a federation thing? Is it a setting? for example going to https://lemmy.world/c/askscience I can see everything. But when I sub to it and go there, I only see 2 posts and no matter what setting I choose it's always just those 2 posts. The site says there are 19 posts, and I can see them from the url. Help?
