I want to say I’m blown away by those horrible comments, but I’m honestly not surprised in the least that he would speak that way. They both give me such disgusting vibes.

Exactly! Also if she really did get into running I don’t think she would be speaking about it the way she does. I know this is only my tiny little lived experience but I also got into running in 2023 and went from someone who HATED running to now loving it and running 3 miles a day after work. The way she talks is how I did in the beginning when I thought I was a runner but was just a very beginner, but you grow and adapt and your mind set changes. You don’t see yourself as slow anymore, you’re just going your pace. I would never say I hate running now, it has shown me so much that my body can do. I just feel like if she was really running her mindset and attitude toward it would have changed by now.

I feel like with almost anything she does she is just parroting what other people have said about it.

I also don’t understand the toxic thing, how is it okay to show others running but showing herself running is “toxic behavior” why is she even relating toxic to running at all? Like always my main question is “what the hell is she even going on about”

What’s weird is that if this person really thinks this is a group of a bunch of teen girls why would he engage? Like who goes on the internet to seek out and argue with teen girls?

She said the other day she was going to start a movie review blog or something. If I had to guess her management team has been hounding her for actual content so she had to come up with something she can do that will generate them money so she said “what about movie reviews” and they prob made a few calls and bing bang boom she got an easy job walking red carpets and reviewing movies. This is why I’m getting sick of influencers, all it took was prob a few calls and connections to get her on some list that now invites her to movie premieres so she can “review” them. Bc god forbid we actually give that job to someone that went to film school and deserves it.

Just block them. They don’t want to get it. Some people are so strange.

Imagine seeing a group of people meeting in public and butting in yelling “explain to me what you’re all talking about” and a few people try and explain and the person just keeps yelling nonsensical things at them that have nothing to do with the conversation and then tells the group that was just minding their own business that they’re the toxic ones?

No I still don’t understand. We aren’t moaning and whining we’re having a discussion, there are also a few reporters in this group compiling an article. You keep putting things in quote marks like they were said to you in this group and I’m having a hard time finding when they were said to you so I’m getting a little lost. I understand if you are one of those people that sees things they don’t like and believes that everyone should just look the other way but we aren’t like that and it seems strange to come in here and chastise people for wanting to create change. I have a feeling you don’t want to see what we’re talking about though and it’s more fun and easier for you to come in here and name call and make us feel bad.

You seem to know a lot! Can you explain to us how we are toxic? Why are we the toxic ones for feeling betrayed by someone? I’m guessing you maybe also enjoy lying and manipulating and that is why you think we should give a pass to influencers who lie and deceive, or as you said “she’s pretty” so of course the pretty rich white women should be allowed to lie and if we don’t like it we should just turn a blind eye. This is a group of intelligent people literally just having a conversation about influencers and you come in here cursing and being rude and we’re the toxic ones?

Hmmmm that’s a strange accusation. Do you have any concrete proof of these fake accounts? I was part of the old Reddit group and don’t remember any outrageous posting from anyone in that group. The group was shut down because of the reposting of the sports illustrated images which were apparently copy right protected. Whatever argument you have going on with this Janette person doesn’t really seem relevant to a sub about the birds papaya. You could make your own Janette sub if you like and see if anyone would like to continue the conversation over there. Just trying to help, seems like your kind of screaming into the wind over here 🤷‍♀️
