Definitely the Silent Hill series for me. We were more of a Resident Evil household growing-up

First memory of books that made me a voracious li'l reader were the Selby series by Duncan Ball.

Pre-consciousness I'm told it was The Little Mouse, The Red Ripe Story and the Big Hungry Bear ๐Ÿป

I'm chuffed it's a one-time purchase. Before release I only had the option to pre-download and I was a bit fearful of inevitably sinking cash on microtransactions (despite the dev being vocally against predatory practices)

Update: Transaction declined! They really are considerate of taking my money!

A recent Australian film, Violett. While I had some issues with the plot it was worthwhile for the confident cinematography & oddball/avant-garde direction. Worth a lookie-loo!

Joined, thanks for putting me onto it!

Howdy!

I'm SpeulchravesLibrary, and I'm an alcoholic!

I may write a longer intro at a later date ๐Ÿ‘‰ ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Couldn't make it to an AA meeting today and found this to be a half-decent substitute/sense of comfort.

This is my first post to Lemmy, pls forgive me if I've missed any relevant rules/formatting!
