The best way to handle those devices would be to use some rules on the router or firewall to intercept all traffic to port 53 and give it to the Pi-hole DNS.

I use pi-hole to block tracking.

Hab ein Mühle und bin auch sehr zufrieden. Für jeden der noch keinen Rasierhobel probiert hat auf jeden Fall ausprobieren. Einfaches und gründliches rasieren für einen Bruchteil der Kosten.
