We have a little door-hanging tooth pocket. (Example Link below) This lets us avoid the pillow entirely.
As for inflation, our tooth fairy gives funny denominations. Gold $1 coins, $2 bills, etc. sometimes with tooth fairy related stickers on them, to mark their specialness.

Boost has a filter so if a post has a keyword, it just doesn't exist. I can just say no, I don't care to hear about Trump for a month or so, thanks. And not have to leave the politics sub.
My kid is not a hugger, so once in a blue moon, when I get a hug, I know it's real.
Also a few years back, I anticipated his request for something like breakfast in advance, and I got a heartfelt "you really understand me." That one line will keep me sane once teenage years hit.

I have a set of outdoor lights that stay outdoors, that are programmable, so they are always seasonal/holiday/birthday related. Indoors we do Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and I'm sure others
Note on the one that I know, Massachusetts was only a change to the minimum wage for tipped workers. (And I'm sad it failed). The restaurant industry spent solid cash on this.
Edit: also in MA was the right for Uber drivers to unionize, and that looked like it passed last I checked.

What I do for pizzas overloaded with toppings is start in the microwave, finish in the air fryer.
I'm also late to the air fryer game, because I didn't want to keep making"fried" things... Instead I just kept frying things on the stove...
