In my case, the OG Xbox. The first console I got, so definitely nostalgia tinted feeling. Fable, Dead or Alive and Star Wars Jedi Outcast are probably my most played games on that platform.

I wouldn't even say "big parts of the platform". Beehaw, Lemmy.world, sh.itjust.works have large enough userbases now to counterbalance Lemmy.ml

Lemmy.ml and Lemmygrad.ml are the two only instances where I encountered such criticism, so I assume that sh.itjust.works would allow it

Lemmy directory kind of addresses this issue. They federate every instance, so if you look at their federated communities, you have quite a good idea of the biggest communities across the Lemmyverse
