First time trying to add an image! Hopefully works! I did several different varieties, bought green split peas, yellow split peas, red lentils, kidney beans, pearl barley, powdered stock, dried herbs, and I added a separated bag of macaroni so it can be put in later in the cooking method. Super easy, dump it in a pot and add water, add pasta when almost done!

I made soup containers for my family last Christmas, went down really well! Got glass containers from IKEA, layered lentils, beans/herbs/pasta/seasonings in a decorative way. Looks pretty, throw in a pot when lazy!
I cant think of a sacrificial shock absorber, but perhaps you could not shuffle your UGGs around, and not build up static? I'm assuming your rug is synthetic and possibly causing it, but I could be wrong

I'll back up the previous commenter. Every single woman i know was sexualised by adult men as children. Children, not teens. Like 6-7 onwards was the first I remember personally. Prepare them. Yes you want them to have that perfect childhood and be children, but they also should know that men can be creeps and it's not their fault and not acceptable, and what to do when it happens.
Think it depends what phone you have, on my pixel I can select to disable background data usage in individual apps, which will prevent it doing anything on it's own in the background I'm not aware of
If this was on your mobile you can go into settings>data usage and it'll tell you what apps have used what data recently. Once found ensure you restrict its data usage also in settings to prevent reoccurrence.

Maybe? I've never heard of freezing dry ingredients before as they are usually shelf stable, shouldn't need to put in the fridge or freezer
