i dont consistently journal but when i do it's in a spreadsheet, because usually i'm trying to track multiple variables and see if there's any discernible correlations or patterns.

i like the encryption and the ability to Ctrl-F and sort and data wrangle. also don't have to struggle to read my own handwriting
