Stork and black headed gulls

Stork with herring gulls and wood pigeon

Storks and grey heron

The reason why so many birds are here. The tractor is cutting away the plants on the sides of the sloot(waterway). This disturbs a lot of insects, fish, amphibians and other invertebrates . Creating a feeding frenzy.

Thanks! These grebes are always fun. They have so many different behaviors.

Thanks. It's optical zoom all the way out from 600mm to 150mm. I was too lazy to walk back to get the entire windmill in shot.

2 Arch systems running fine, although the last update on one broke a Python(Poetry) venv. Does anyone have a good alternative for Poetry?

Thanks! The answer is ill of the above. 600mm lens on a APS-C camera 600 x 1.6 cropfactor = 960mm. 32.5 MP sensor 6960 x 4640 pixels cropped to around 1800 pixels wide 16:9 I think I was about 15 meters(~50 feet) from the bird

I always used wxwidgets for small stuff. Another option is gtk (pygobject) but that is slightly more annoying to work with.
