There are at least 6 different communities for selfhosting.
Hopefully this can be solved with (relatively) simple UI work.

Yes, I commented on someone elses question just now-
If you click on the domain name, it will take you to a feed of all content from that domain. You can block it by clicking the button next to Follow.
In case you guys are wondering, despite being posted to selfhost@lemmy.ml, this post actually only exists and can be interacted with on fedia.io
