Open launcher settings - drawer - hidden app shortcuts - check those you don't want to see. I'm using 2.0-2589 on android 13 and it works great.

How many users here do you think are going to get bored and end up back on Reddit as soon as the blackout ends? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

I think I'll have a look in a couple of days. But if they go through and kill 3rd party apps that's goodbye from me.

Just removed the RIF icon and replaced it with Jerboa in c/jerboa@lemmy.ml

I've been using Jerboa (and Lemmy) for a couple of days. And I like where this is going. Replaced Boost on my screen.

Haven't pulled the plug fully. But all my posts and comments are now deleted. I think I'll be checking infrequently after the blackout just to see where they end up. Maybe then I'll delete the account too.
