There exist another simplification then. A lot of meals can be cooked once and freezed after. It could be stored for months and warmed in a microwave in 6 minutes. However some products like potatoes should be mashed as otherwise it looses taste

Also I have found today some english tax forms. Unfortunatelly they are not look easy but at least in english with guidelines. I will try to learn them in free time.

Hi rikudou! It is self-employed (živnost). I heared that it is possible to buy products without VAT (DPH) or with refound of DPH but do not know where to find forms, how often to fill them, and how to pay taxes... It would be wonderful if you could give some pointers or info that may help)

Have anybody tried to do accounting on their own in Czech Republic? I would like to start a small reselling business, but do not have money for accountant yet. I heard it is possible to do via gov website somehow.

Is there any english instructions available?
