The Batter is a character from OFF, it is a very uncanny game with a surreal desing and music, yet wonderfull... Maybe a good choice for this month
The cat is Zaccharie, in the game he's human, but he wears two masks, the first one is a bit weird, the second one is a cat mask (also uncanny) and when you talk to him you can hear him saying "meow"
