Fuck the whole twitter community note system, any political figure going against the fraud narrative in spanish and portuguese language twitter is getting hit with "uhm achstually there's fraud"

EDIT: Political commentator on portuguese television right now: "Venezuelans WISHED they lived under Salazar or Marcelo's dictatorship" instead of Maduro

You're very silly

Since the PCV was a part of maduro's coalition for a while I'm pretty sure if the opposition comes back and prosecutes the chavistas these people are going to get fucked too.

Really dumb move.

Portuguese communist party put out a statement congratulating Maduro and denouncing attempts to overthrow the election, followed by the expected outrage and indignation of the professional media class (in debates and tv media where the party is not invited to) and the twitter ultra-left. So "what about vuvuzela, you support maduro dictator" is back as the main anti communist party talking point for now, beating out "skava ukraini you support putin".

There's always this same type of indignation from the soft-left and center as if THIS is the time the communists will drop our support for peace and non-aggression and adopt whatever narrative NATO wants us to, like the other left groups in this country do.

Maybe people will have forgotten all this by the time the party's Onward summer festival rolls around in september 6/7/8 and the PSUV sends a delegation with venezuelan goodies and stuff (last year I got a chavez poster), it's a fun time to be here if anyone wants to visit portugal btw.

Obviously a very aggressive move, not diplomatic at all, and could backfire but holy shit fuck all those countries for IMMEDIATELY jumping on the "fraud election" bandwagon based on literally nothing. In a way the venezuelan government is just responding in kind

One of the first things she did to "europeanize" herself and therefore, in the eyes of EU institutions, "unfascistize" herself, was breaking off italy from the belt and road initiative, and give a lot of support for ukraine of course.

Maybe we'll see european media start calling her a far right again instead of center-right

Do you have any specifics about what was voted down and what remains in it?

The one with Shrek and Naruto that was a League of Legends clone.

Does anything NOT incredible happen in China?

Maybe the portuguese dude was a member of CHEGA! Maybe it was the Brazilian dude who was elected and promised to deport all brazilians

No it was a young dude from the center right PSD, he sucks so I'm glad he got deported lol. The whole EPP delegation wasn't allowed in
